Fast response, high efficiency
Due to the fast response speed of the servo motor, the flow acceleration time from rest to 1500rpm has made as short as 40ms. This improved the reponse speed of the hydraulic system, reduced the lag time that caused by mechanical motion conversion and increased the running speed of the whole machine.

Low velocity stability
The system pressure and flow rate are closed-loop controlled, which has great performance under low pressure and flow rate operations, the machine work excellent stability of injectoin velocity less than 1mm/s, no crawling and pulsating. Therefore, the hydraulic system will operation in any pressure and flow rate regarding to the demand from the production operation. This reduces the heat generation inside the system and creates a more stable hydraulic system. Additionally,while the hydraulic system is in active operation, the machine pressure and flow rate will be automatically compensated in order to produce a high precision and repeatability product.
High repeatability
Result of the adoption of close-loop control, the injection pressure and speed can be accurately controlled. High stability and repeatability can be achieved.
