Fast response\high efficiency
¡ñDue to fast response of servo motor, the flow acceleration time from rest to 1500rpm is as short as 40ms. This improves the response speed of the hydraulic system, reduces the processes switchover time and boosts up overall productivity.

No crawling and pulsating happens, high stability even injection speed less than 1mm/s. System permits freely setting on speed and pressure according to moulding characteristic in order not to generate any extra heat on hydraulic oil that causes instability problem in traditional injection moulding machine. Furthermore, system pressure and flow are automatically compensated so as to maintain the stability, precision control and high repeatability.
