Control System

  1. 10.4" TFT Touch Panel with motion animation display features, with user friendly interface and easily visualize the current status of the machine.
  2. Hardware is based on modular design, which can easily configure various combinations to fulfill different application requirement.
  3. Ten-stages of injection and holding pressure phase, five-stages metering phase.
  4. Decompression before and after metering function.
  5. Closed ¨Cloop control on injection, holding pressure, back pressure and screw rotating can ensure the repeatability of production.
  6. Special B&R motion control technology, operator only need to provide simple parameters, then controller will determine the optimal moving curve hence provide fast and stable movement with accurate position for mould and ejector motion, hence the production cycle time can be shortened.
  7. Special toggle linearization program can realize control and display the actual movable platen position even the linear potentiometer is installed at cross head.
  8. Self tuning PID temperature control ensures highest control accuracy without complex temperature control parameter setting.
  9. Thermocouple open circuit detection feature to ensure reliability of
    temperature control.
  10. High/low temperature alarm of barrel heating control.
  11. Actual curve display for different heating zone.

Clamping Unit
